7 CAÑADAS It is a 17 km route along the south–west part of the old crater of the volcano Teide, which fall down 70 milions of years ago. The volcano cone is always visible from every side of this stage and overlooks this nice walk between sheets of lava, high mountain flowers and powerful colourful walls of rock. It is a long and hard stage because it takes place between 2050 and 2190 metres above the sea level. |
