THE COMPLEX

I Gabbiani is a really quiet 16 apartments residence,  the complex is built in two levels,
(eight apartments on the ground-floor and the other eight on the firs floor).

There are supermarkets and restaurants only 30 metres far. We are 800 metres from the Corralejo downtown, by a really flat way which you can do by the beach or by a new nice promenade.
The airport is 35 km. far.

APARTAMENTS

Each apartment has its own lounge with a convertible sofa-double-bed, a fully equipped kitchen,
with oven and ceramic hot plate, a fully equipped bathroom with a bath, shower and bidet, and separate bedroom with wardrobe and safe.

Each ground floor apartment has its own private terrace, and the first floor apartments have private balcony with open views of the sea and other islands.
All apartments have a TV set for watching Satellite programs.

SWIMMING POOLS

The Complex has two Swimming Pools (one for children), Solarium with sunbeds which can be used at the beach, Gardens with autochtons plants, Reception, Snack Bar, Parking and daily cleaning & laundry services.

EL COMPLEJO

I Gabbiani es un tranquilo complejo de 16 apartamentos, están construidos en dos niveles
(ocho apartamentos en planta alta y los restantes en planta baja), con balcón o terraza.
Hay supermercados y restaurantes a 30 metros, y un centro comercial a 200 metros.

El centro de corralejo está a 800 metros y se puede llegar andando por la playa. El complejo de apartamentos las gaviotas se encuentra en la avenida de las grandes playas de Corralejo (Fuerteventura).

APARTAMENTOS

Cada apartamento tiene un salón con un sofá convertible en cama doble, una cocina integrada totalmente equipada, con horno, vitrocerámica, nevera etc.., un baño totalmente equipado, con bañera y bidet, un dormitorio independiente con armario y caja fuerte.

Los apartamentos de planta baja tienen una terraza y los de planta alta tienen un balcón con vistas al mar. Los apartamentos cuentan con TV con la que se pueden ver canales vía satélite.
Se puede realizar conexión a Internet desde la recepción.

LAS PISCINAS

Hay dos piscinas (una para niños), situadas sobre la playa, Solarium con hamacas que pueden ser colocadas en la misma playa.

Jardines con plantas autóctonas, Recepción, Snack Bar, Parking y servicio diario de limpieza.
